The item's condition was exactly as stated. Everything else was bad. No communication. Horrible shipping execution. No communication to resolve their shipping failure. Paid more for shipping than the item to get it in time for our use which I was happy to do as we needed it quickly. Placed and paid for the expedited order on a Sunday ($174 to ship). The item was shipped on Tuesday afternoon. Received Thursday. Asked for a PARTIAL shipping refund 10 days ago, no communication, no partial refund.
