      I was informed that my order would be received within a certain timeframe, 7-10 days after the noticed delivery date I contacted the seller to let them know I did not receive the product - I asked for an update. I received no response. Several days later I sent another message, no response. I contacted ebay and received a prompt refund, I never did hear back from the seller and never received the product.
