Worst customer service ever. They don't respond to any messages. Had taken 4 weeks till they sent my tail light and they sent the wrong one. Then wouldn't send out returns postage. They sent there own courier that didn't turn up. Wasted way too much time, for something simple. For such a big company you would expect better customer service. First and last time I'll purchase from them

Pm'd SYNETIQ to ask if my item would possibly get to me earlier than the date given when purchased, received a reply but thought they were fobbing me off as the date they replied with was a lot earlier than the original date....there was no fobbing me off, it arrived in good time, thank you.
