You most certainly are - Absolutely no doubt!!! I told you the product on hand was unacceptable and it would take a day for replacement - offered refund or ship a day late. Since it was shipped a day late - I upgraded to Priority Mail. USPS did whatever - but it will arrive a single day late. To appease you I put through a FULL refund - and your product will arrive tomorrow. Money back - and product and STILL not happy!! Sellers BeWare!!! I can't even be upset - I just pity such people.
