    Brand new OEM Toyota fragile part was protectively well packaged for shipping with quality all around. Communication has been prompt (i.e. same day) and encouraging given my order's shipment delay. Be prepared to wait 2 weeks or longer for the order to arrive but OEM Toyota low price, amicable communication and curtesy all were well worth it for me. Definitely will order again if shipping time is generously available.

    The parts were original Toyota new parts. Very well packaged and very quick shipping. Price was great. One part was wrong (OUR mistake). Alex emailed me if we wanted him to verify the fit of the parts. I should have accepted his advice! Our parts man thought the PN supperceded but that was wrong. WIthout question, we were able to return the part (1 of the 2 parts). We have used Triple Creations in the past and we WILL use them again. We are a high volume transmission specialty shop.
