I bought an album of 78s, and one of the four discs arrived damaged. I should add that the records were all well packaged. Ewan instantly refunded me for all four discs, no questions asked, in spite of my protestations that this wasn’t fair - I still had three playable records! Although it was an unfortunate accident, I’ll have no qualms about buying 78s from Ewan again.
