I had to raise a query with the seller as my item hadn't arrived in the time it should have. That was dealt with, but I was asked to leave positive feedback to close off the query, despite the fact I hadn't even received my item . I didn't think that was fair to ask me to do that, hence the low rating.

The buyer ordered on the 27th March but didn’t tell me which size she wanted so I messaged her twice and she didn’t reply until the 8th of April.. the product was then dispatched on the 9th April & delivered on the 19th April. 8 days earlier than the latest possible delivery date. I asked buyer to close the case on the 19th April the day the product was delivered & asked her to leave a review 10 days after product was delivered. Leaving false comments is detrimental to small eBay businesses.
