    Item shipped fast and arrived as quick as one can expect international mail to allow. Definitely a surplus chest rig and is still very much functional with life left, but in a bit rougher shape than what was pictured in description. Canvas backing had some mold and was rotting in places to the point of crumbling when cleaning the mold with water, mild soap and a rag.

    Interaction with the seller was good however the plush toy was not clean despite being in a sealed bag. It appeared to have a lot of material dust on it so likely low quality control from the factory. Toy also appeared slightly out of symmetry. However my 4 year old likes if so I'm happy with it.
