The PCGS sticker was poorly taped to the outside and old glue reside was stuck on the plastic where the sticker was affixed OUTSIDE the case. I asked for full refund and cost of sending it back to her given the situation. She ignored the second part of my request. Seller HAD To know this was not attached. Old glue too dry.
