    Have never left a negative review--am sorry to do so. I purchased the same item from 2 sellers. One coming from Germany & one from Canada. The German seller charged 1/4 of the shipping costs as the one from Canada!. Comment from the Canadian seller was that she had to go find the item...? Isn't ebay a site where you sell the items you have--versus running around to find it? Was that a reason this item cost 2 1/2 times versus the German seller? Confirm seller physically has item before you buy?

    I'm sorry the buyer was unhappy with shipping. All prices and fees were clearly shown before checkout, and all my listings state I purchase items fresh from Canadian retailers to ensure quality. This particular item is made in Germany, so it will cost less from a German seller. Shipping from Canada can be higher, but I strive to provide fresh, authentic products and great service. I sent multiple messages offering alternative solutions, including a shipping adjustment, but never heard back. :(
