I had to prompt seller when I saw they rec`d return but no communication. Seller said they would send a replacement. After 5 days and no tracking # I contacted them again. Working drive finally arrived one month after original order. Very poor communication. I only gave a positive response because the second drive works.

I asked them to send the correct power supplies, but they sent two more DP to VGA adapters. Luckily I didn't wait and ordered some tip adapters from Amazon. Fast USPS shipping. Quality, condiditon, value and appearlance all good. Systems run great. Poor communication.

Delivered in the allotted time frame with quality packaging. This replaced my 790 with Windows 10 which lacks hardware to update to 11. I recommend replace your old PC if in similar situation. PTL!
