i always used charge spoons or fabric scoops, but the older i get the fatter i get so tried 1 of these,1st ride its much less bum ache than either of the other 2,i can feel its wider than the other 2 where you sit on it on the rear of the saddle
i always wear 5d gel chinesium padded shorts for extra comfort too.
i would recommend an ergon saddle,i've been using the gp1&gc1 ergon grips for years now and looks like i've found my new saddle too
