Came with instructions for a hydraulic hole punch but no instructions for expander. Expander stuck in exhaust pipe when I used it even when using their super duper lube. Expander parts came in plastic box but hydraulic pump and ram came in cardboard box. Expander also had an option to be operated manually.

A special bolt is needed to be able to connect the expander to the hydraulic cylinder. I had to have it specially fabricated from a machine shop. the expander bolt is US 3/4-16 thread. The Hydraulic cylinder is Metric M20-1.5 thread. Once I had this it worked as expected. Contacted seller and they responded quickly and we came to a reasonable compromise.

Package arrived this date, 8/12/2024, and is being returned today. Note that the package arrived "totally beat up" thanks to USPC. Showed it as arrived to the clerk at the post office but we informed that I had to comletely retape the package before the USPC would accept. It arrived very quickly and was a good quailty window in great condition. The company did package it well. However the window didn't fit but the company worked with me and ended up giving me a full refund. I hate I couldn't keep the window it was so nice and our old one was broken. Would definitely recommend buying from this company. They are honest and have good customer service.
