The 2 of 3 models were kept in their cradles and required me to cut the many sprews and to clean them up.These 3 models were out of an order of 7 models...the other 4 were taken from the cradles and cleaned up by the seller. Of the 3 in the sprews, I cut out a Scimitar,unfortunately the wing mirrors were so thin that they broke in two.As I was cleaning up the hull, a small sprew to a road snapped off. The vendor was contacted, but failed to reply.

We do advise that some of our models are provided in a protective cage. As was in this case. I think some folks need to decide what they want, accurate items are fragile I'm afraid, and require a degree of skill and patience to remove. We can make them thicker, but then they're not accurate. You have asked us to replace an item that you yourself broke, knowing the items would be supplied in their supports. You were basically asking us to replace an item that was delivered as described.
