Not only was the wrong phone sent, after inspecting it the item was found to be faulty - a common occurance with this seller apparently. Several messages were sent with ZERO reply. Shouldn't be permitted to trade on eBay with this kind of amateur attitude. Doubt I'll buy off eBay again if this is the standard they now allow. Due to fantastic customer service they more than rectified the problem and sent out a replacement which I received the next day. The replacement phone is in perfect condition and working well. Phone works as should and for minor repairs that I can get done at another shop hopefully for cheap. As im not sending it back to wait ages for it to return. Plus they didn't even have the phone I paid for which was the purple colour my partner had a phone from here no problems but me problems.
