The neoprene wetsuit was reported with the wrong size. It probably shrank over time before I purchased it. So it was much smaller than a size 12. I already paid $12 for shipping and the seller wanted me to pay an additional $11 to return it. That would cost me more in shipping than the cost of the wetsuit. I asked the seller to reconsider the return fee but he did not respond to my request.

I ordered this dress knowing that I had the option to return it if it did not fit, but much to my surprise, it fits quite well! I really love the lace pattern. The dress hits just at the knee, however, the silky under slip is a bit too short but as an overall, I like the dress and am happy to add it to my collection. The dress was received in a very short time.
