    Il s’agit d’un Drag checker ( contrôleur de frein ), cet appareil permet de régler ou vérifier la résistance en kg du freins de vos moulinets de pêche. Le frein réglé trop faiblement, verra le poisson dévider votre bobine et le contraire fera qu’au mieux, votre bas de ligne cassera net au 1er coup de tête du poisson ( les pêcheurs de dorades en savent quelque chose…) au pire, votre canne se cassera, cet appareil permet d’éviter cela.

    The seller listed the camera as fully functional, but the one I received did not work at all. I returned it promptly and even packaged it more carefully than I had received it. The seller then claimed the condition was different and offered only a partial refund of $46 out of $92. After I opened a case with eBay, they suddenly issued a full refund. This shows they were trying to test the buyer—if the buyer accepts, they profit; if not, they backtrack. Very disappointing and dishonest behavior.
