Assembly & installation instructions are difficult to understand...not well written. I had to bend two of the mounting brackets from a 90° angle to about 95° (using a vice) to that the brackets lined up properly on the front grill. Otherwise, the license plate holder itself is fine. There are four rubberized adhesive pads included which attach to the metal license plate holder so as to prevent scratching the vehicle. The pads are held in place firmly between the holder and the vehicle.
