    Was supposed to fit an extra large dog, but I’m not sure a toy poodle could wear this harness. Offered a partial refund, but never said how much? Wanted to know if I was all right with that. I could’ve agreed and maybe got a dollar but I decided to let him keep all of it. But he doesn’t have to worry about me buying from them again because I never will. They’re on my not ever again list!!
