I can understand that a person may just look at this tap and think that it may be new, but this item was not new as was listed in the auction. The tap was in good shape, but was definitely not new. I would suggest the seller look a little closer at items that he would perceive to be "New/Unused" Otherwise shipping was quick and the item is useable, but it wasn't new as advertised.
