Case very solid. Inner packing was very good no Manual. Amp sound harsh initially which is common. But after about 2hrs warm up it started sounding nice and smooth. Very punchy bass clear bright highs & mids. I feel the brightness will calm down with more burn in/use. I am using very sensitive Horn speakers so 25w is plenty. Only very faint noise when ear is next to horn
