This is completely inaccurate and a total lie. I contacted them and told them I would refund them once I received my item that I spent money out of my pocket to ship in the safest and cheapest way possible but I Lost money from the very beginning. But I still offered to help and they declined my offer by never responding. How can I help you or have been rude when I tried to communicate and waited a week with no response just a negative feedback. And I never agreed to sell 2 eBay only ever said 1
