Ordered a size small, but it cannot get tight enough around my waist to actually support while squatting or lifting. I have a 30 inch waist. The Velcro area is pretty flimsy so it won’t hold very well either. I wouldn’t encourage anyone to purchase this. It’s not worth the money. It looks fine but that’s about it.
