Tracking showed ZDA EXPRESS was shipping partner, so I knew they lied & item was in China. ZDA Express finally delivered to USPS in NY, NY. Total of 13 days to get to me on the west coast. The pouch itself is thin & provides little protection & so poorly made that I had to re-sew loose red piping back on. But, it fits my odd sized tablet, so I'll keep it.
