Ordered UK size 5 shoes for £20
Seller sent a UK size 4, so too small and no good to me - not what I ordered!
Seller should be paying the return postage, so I can return the shoes back to China, but the seller will not send me a pre paid return postage, which are ebay's rules for wrong item sent!
They say I can pay to return them which is £35! I have tried to contact the seller many times and get no help.
Be careful. Bad customer service, they send wrong items, and keep your money, very wrong!
