I have to give neutral feedback as the foundation arrived with lid, so some foundation came out via the pump onto the inside of box lid during transportation. The foundation itself is satisfactory and looks like unused.

Sorry about this. Item was straight out the stock box from the distributer so we do not open up the box of the make up to check inside as its new and fresh. These things happen and things move during transportation
