This item was listed as excellent, new condition with no wear but this laptop should have been listed as Grade B. Overall it was very dirty, there was an actual buildup of dirt and grease in the corners of the fingerprint reader, a gouge out of the top cover, adhesive from a sticker that was installed and then removed, and several rows of marks on the screen that can't be removed. Totally inaccurate description and seller doesn't take returns. Buyer beware!

Laptop arrived quicker than estimated and well-packaged with Windows 10 Pro installed and on the setup screen. I was able to update to Windows 11 Pro after using PowerShell to find my activation key. Seller also provided BIOS password allowing me to update the firmware. The laptop itself isn't pretty on the outside but the price was more than fair and all blemishes were documented accurately in the item listing. Excellent seller!! A++++
