This Westinghouse Saf-T-Brace allows people to safely install ceiling fans and lighting fixtures without accessing the attic. Instead, this mounting brace is meant to be installed through a 4-inch hole in a finished ceiling. It supports light fixtures of up to 150 pounds and ceiling fans of up to 70 pounds. The brace has three teeth to twist in and lock in the ceiling joists. It has a square tube that can easily be turned or adjusted.

I'm a licensed contractor installing seamless gutter and guard. There are alot of companies advertising some type of maintenance free gutter guard. Well it's a license to steal. The micro mesh gutter guard is affordable and works as well as the best products on the market when properly installed. DIY if you're handy. You will likely have to blow off the debris that stays on the top of the screen. If you're panels are properly installed, the only thing that will get past is soil.
