    While the listing stated a 1070 gpu the laptop arrived with a 1060. The sellers were communicative and offered a refund but we settled on a partial refund, this was acceptable but whats next was absolutely not. The laptop also arrived with a dying cmos and a battery that was extremely swollen. This makes me assume the laptop wasn't tested and inspected properly.
