I had to open a return in order to contact the seller. They then made 3 separate offers. I accepted the final offer only to be told that because I had opened a return so they were unable to fulfil the offer. I don’t use Ali or temu because of this kind of attitude to customers. I’m hoping eBay isn’t going that way too
