sorry about this , but all of our items have fully warranty, so why not contact us before this? if you have contacted, we can solve it out for your easily. because, after communicating with you, you mentioned the issue was the AC connection. your car's AC plugs for your heater should be connected to your cars' Air
conditioning board,/socket , but not to our radio. :-) it gets power
supply from your car. so you could see, it was just misunderstanding about the item! thanks .
