    Having spoken to this buyer, they have confirmed they do not want either a refund or a return as they wish to keep the item. The buyer was also unable to provide any clarification as to why they thought the product was unsafe. Having used this product ourselves for a 50" TV, we are unaware of any safety issue as long as both the bracket is securely fastened to a suitable wall structure, and the manufacturers recomended weight limit for a TV is not exceded
