Perhaps the finest customer service I have experienced on eBay. I love the chairs but would consider the product poorly engineered and packaged. The pieces did not fit together easily and took quite an effort to "bend" it to where you could bolt pieces together. The tabletop had small cracks which the manufacturer attempted to patch but were still noticeable.
