Not new, had someone else's google account and photos on it. Wrong USB cable in the box. After a reset and update, it works fine. The phone, however, is in excellent condition and arrived quickly. If it is refurbished, just say that on the listing. Don't lie about the product condition and double check what is in the package, but everything else was fine.

Unfortunately, as these phones go sometimes (this new, old-stock, Rezound is over 12 years old) this one had a HARDWARE issue. I fully expected it to not be functional as a useable phone but this one had internal issues that couldn't be resolved with software fixes. However, seller worked with me and was in 100% communication and we will have a resolution soon. Very happy with the experience, and the other two NOS phones I purchased are fantastic. Very, very pleased so far. Highly recommended!
