Gamers hack and slash their way through randomly generated dungeons and stuff their pockets with virtual loot in Heroes of Ruin for 3DS. Players can choose from four different character classes, customize their hero, and then head out on quests to find a cure for Atarxis, cursed ruler of the city Nexus. Battle spoils can be used to upgrade equipment, learn new skills, and improve current abilities. Up to four local or online players can jump in or out of the action at any time. Developer n-Space boasts more than 80,000 available items and promises frequent post-release DLC.
