    Hi again, As you have seen I have ordered this product numerous times in the past and had added a note to please ship in a box. This item is heavy and again leakage has occurred being shipped in an envelope instead of a box. I had a feeling when item arrived, the envelope was wet and stained, upon opening, shampoo had leaked from the cap and had run down he container and filled the wrapping with its contents.
