I read this in paperback a year or so ago. I usually treat books quite well, even a brand new paperback will be read cover to cover and not the slightest crease in the binding. Paperbacks because I hardly ever read a book twice, even years apart. This book is so very good that I decided it's one of the very few that needs an honored place on my bookshelf.
