There is a little bit of soiling and color loss. There is also some puffiness in the cloth off part of the bottom edge of the front cover. The blue lettering on the spine is nicely bright, though a couple of the letters in the publisher's name have a little rubbing. There is a little color loss at the spine ends. The edges look good. There is a small spot of rub-through at the rear bottom corner. The book is solidly bound from cover to cover. The pages are nicely tight throughout. The covers are solidly bound, no cracks or spaces at either of the junctures. The pages are in nice shape. They are clean with only a small number of specks or very small spots. There isn't any conspicuous creasing. There is one tiny tear off the bottom edge of a page, and there is another page with a thin tear off its bottom edge that is longer, but just reaching and touching one letter on the last line of the page before it ends.....Condition Continued below....”
