Small pinhole leak in the front plastic casing that allows water to escape. I called Flotec and they were ZERO help. They suggested I contact this seller. I did and they absolutely stepped up and took care of problem. They went to bat for me with Flotec and I was able to resolve this matter with a refund. I can't thank this seller enough. I would caution folks NOT to order Flotec. Their warranty stinks
