Товар получил, все было хорошо запаковано. Сам товар описанию соответствует. Немного запылен и мягкое велюровые изголовье, немного начинает уже осыпаться, но это не критично, это все поправимо. Самое главное что наушники работаю, и в целом состояние нового устройства. За исключением выше описанных нюансов. В целом покупкой доволен. Спасибо за товар!

Company sent an open box item when it was originally listed as brand new. It was clear that the factory seal had been cut and then taped back over. Broken glass was also found in the bottom of the box. Contacted company about it, but never received a response. Disappointed in customer service.
