I ran into that issue with an EU-built Moto G series phone. That provided, the seller did receive the returned item per eBay's request and I will be provided with a refund (thank you, seller). Clean as a whistle and all functional), and the seller is a charm (I asked about the phone and got all I needed). This seller can be trusted, even when it says "used and refurbished" - I make a note when this is the case. If anyone is looking for a good phone, this comes with OTG, NFC, Dual Sim, Excellent Camera and it's smooth and fast and comfy. Seller and Product get 10 points each. Thanks for being you.

Phone works as should and for minor repairs that I can get done at another shop hopefully for cheap. As im not sending it back to wait ages for it to return. Plus they didn't even have the phone I paid for which was the purple colour my partner had a phone from here no problems but me problems.
