Dissatisfied with the transaction; The item did not arrive until two weeks after my credit card was charged. When it did finally arrive it was packaged in a thin single layer plastic bag, which resulted in damaged corners, rolled cover edge, and multiple scrapes across (all) the pages on the bottom. (I have photographs to back up these assertions.) A book's value is affected by this sort of damage.
