Here's the good news: the bracelet looks exactly like the photo, and the energy of the stones is deeply soothing.Here's the bad news: the cheap stretch-cord broke the first time I slid the bracelet onto my wrist. To get the bracelet restrung locally, I have to pay $15 (plus tax) -- which is 50% more than I paid for the original bracelet.

We have had buyers in the past that have been happy with these bracelets. However, damages and defects can occur hence we contacted you on the 13th of June and requested for a picture of the issue.
