    It's really extra large. Maybe I did not really require extra large. The supplied cuff on my blood pressure unit was too tight. I suggest measuring your arm circumfrence. The unit is very large but still works very well. However I wish I had just bought a large as my arms apparently are not extra large. But still very happy with the unit.
