    I did purchase a Obihai OBI1032, I received it in excellent condition, but the unit is locked, and I am unable to unlock it and use it. This is not part of his descriptions, the seller only says, he does not accept returns which is very deceptive.

    This issue was resolved with a full refund shortly after the buyer received the item. No return was necessary. The item appeared new when I received it, so it was listed as new - open box. I did not intend to mislead anyone.
