This item worked perfectly for my Urevo URTM012 treadmill. You can tell right away that this belt is more durable and of higher quality than the old one. That being said, be prepared for a struggle to get this thing onto the treadmill and working. It took a lot of finessing. Treadmill runs great. My rating of the shipping time and arrival time have NOTHING to do with the seller. The seller was responsive and helpful the entire time while I dealt with the USPS .
