There were no bent pins. After installation, it worked fine. I needed it only as a tool to kick-start a motherboard. It performed that function and will now be put in storage. Therefore, I cannot vouch for its potential longevity. However, it was not in a package that proved it was new. I am certain that God will forgive you. I am not so sure that E-Bay will.
