Shimano SL-M5100 11 speed shifter is working well. At first I thought I had a problem with the shifter because it was only shifting with 8 clicks, not 10 clicks as it should to hit all 11 gears. I went back and forth with adjustments. I contacted the seller who responded almost immediately and that communication led me to do more testing and I found the derailleur was malfunctioning. Switched to a different mech and all good. Thanks for the help Bill and Ronde Cycling!
