This is a replacement phone - the first one did not work in NZ, so I had to replace it with another model. Probably fault on both sides. However communication with the seller was great and they sent a replacement after I returned the first model.
Further, I had already purchased a case and screen protector for the first model, but it was no good to me, so I sent that back with the old phone. Without even asking HERBETRADE sent me a replacement case and 2 new screen protectors for the new model.
