Alas this top was said to be NWOT and it was clearly not. It was used and REEKING of a very strong perfume that I thought *kind of* went away with a few washings, but it never really did. It was always there and that was kind of gross so I donated it. It even scented the donation bag I ultimately put it in. I sometimes purchased used items BUT they need to be so represented, not as NWOT. And if an item reeks to high heaven, it needs to be in the description because I wouldn't have purchased it.
